Shipping & Refund Policy


Shipping is currently paused for the week as we are closed, but will resume starting Jan 4th. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped after January 4th, when the store is open again.

Please allow 2-4 business days for online orders to be processed. You will receive tracking information once the order has shipped. 

Pick Up

Pick ups are paused for the week as we are closed, but will resume starting Jan 4th. The earliest yard sale orders will be ready for pick up is Jan 4th. Please still wait for confirmation via email that your order is ready for pick-up before coming to retrieve your order.

Orders for local delivery or pick up will take up to 2 business days to be picked and prepared. You will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up or when its out for local delivery. 

Free Canada wide shipping on orders over $100. 

Free local delivery on orders over $50.

Refund Policy

We work hard to be sure your order is perfect. We check every seam, every button and every teeny detail before it ever leaves our store. In the event that we overlook a defect, we will be happy to replace the item at our expense. Our refund policy is as follows:

STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE: Item must be returned in new, unused condition within 14 days of purchase, with all tags attached.

Sorry, but we cannot accept returns after 14 days.

FINAL SALE: All special orders, sale or promotional items are considered final sale. We cannot accept any opened item or items that appear to be worn or used.

We are sorry, but at this time shipping charges are not refundable and it is your responsibility to provide return shipping costs
