It’s easy! Just visit click on the blue Rewards icon (lower right) and enter your email address, first and last name, and create a password to sign up. Once you’ve confirmed your account, you can log in. Bonus: you just earned 200 points by signing up!

You can access everything to do with Bicyclette Rewards through the blue Rewards icon in the lower right hand-side of bicycletterouge.com. From there you can sign up, track your points, see what rewards/discounts ar available to you, and redeem your points.

No problem! Contact us however you like (phone, email, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and we will help you create or navigate your account.

Nope! That's the beauty of BR Rewards. Earn savings that can be applied store-wide!

If your account is inactive for 12 months, your points will expire. In order to keep your existing points, you’ll need to make a purchase every 12 months.

You can earn points by signing up, on every purchase you make, signing up for the BR newsletter, and many more ways. You can also earn points by referring your friends to shop at BR!

To see how many points you’ve accumulated, log in to your account by clicking on the blue Rewards icon in the bottom right corner of our homepage. Your points balance should appear in the bottom left of the Rewards pop-up.

You’re able to start redeeming once you hit 500 points. Points can be redeemed in increments of 500. The max amount of points that can be redeemed at once is 2000 (20% off reward).

Make sure you are logged in to your account. Click on the blue Rewards icon in the bottom right corner of our homepage. If you've collected enough points to redeem a reward, a buttom with the word "Redeem" will show next to that reward. One you click "Redeem", a single-use code will populate below that reward. Then all you have to do is hit "Copy". When you're ready to chec-out, just paste the code into the Discount Code box to apply the discount.

Unfortunately, for the time being, rewards cannot be applied on top of other discounts.

Absolutely! Our BR Rewards program can be used in person and online. When shopping in person, you can both collect and redeem points. All you need is an active BR Rewards account.

It can take 1-2mins for your account to register the points. If you still aren't seeing the points after 2mins, refresh your page. Still no points? Reach out to us through email, and we will make sure the points get added to your account!

VIP tiers are based on annual spend. Once you reach the threshold for a new tier (i.e. Crawl = $500 Annual Spend), you will move into that new tier for the remainder of the current calendar year AND the following calendar year.

You bet! Once you've logged in to your account through the blue Rewards icon, you will be prompted to activate a rewards account. This will send an activation email your way. Once you've verified your email, you will get to claim the 200 points for activating a rewards account.

If you return products for a refund, the points from purchasing those products will be deducted from your total. It may also affect the VIP tier you’re in (i.e. if your purchase put you into the Crawl tier but you return $100 worth of product and your annual spend is now $450, you will move down to the Sit Tier)

Return Policy

We work hard to be sure your order is perfect. We check every seam, every button and every teeny detail before it ever leaves our store. In the event that we overlook a defect, we will be happy to replace the item at our expense. Our refund policy is as follows:

STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE: Item must be returned in new, unused condition within 14 days of purchase, with all tags attached.

Not to worry! You then have 60 days to receive a store credit for the current value of the item (i.e. if the item you purchased is now on sale for 50% off, you will receive a store credit for 50% of the item's original price).

Orders for local delivery or pick up will take up to 2 business days to be picked and prepared. You will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up or when its out for local delivery.
